Asda Helps Males Who Have Man Boobs With New Body Sculpt Vest

Post by Sharat | November 26, 2009 | Clothing, George, Shopping News | 13 Comments

George at Asda has launched a new Body Sculpt Vest for men, which is designed to give those of us (especially me!!), an easy way to disguise man boobs (moobs), beer belly’s and love handles, giving us the ability to have that six pack look in an instant.

The vest, designed to give men help in achieving that sculpted look, is available for the bargain price of £7, and if you know someone who could use a helping hand in that department, it may even make a great idea for an inexpensive Christmas present. Though we suggest you make sure that they won’t take it the wrong way first!!

The vest uses elastene panels and durable fabric, and was developed in response to growing demand from me who are increasingly becoming body conscious, or at least partners who would like them to.

New data from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) suggests that the trend for men opting for elective breast reduction surgery is rapidly growing, and is something perhaps I need to start thinking about seriously!!

A recent survey commissioned by Asda shows that 60 per cent of women say their spouses or partners have developed moobs as a result of weight gain, and over half of women surveyed say they hoped or would like their partner to change their body shape.

Fiona Lambert, Brand Director at George, said: “We were surprised to hear the results of this survey and were amazed at how many men had considered surgery. Women have control underwear and push-up bras so why shouldn’t men have a little help too?”

The vest is available from selected Asda stores from this week for just £7.

I am not sure which stores carry the vest. It has proven to be very popular, but you can definitely order it online from the link below.

Does anyone know if it works with overly erect nipples (aka twin peaks) or just full on mammory glands ?

Basically, when male breasts get to a certain size, speaking from personal experience here, there is simply no vest in the world, that could cover up my pair.

    Hi

For some reason it doesn’t seem to be on sale, the link did work when we first posted the piece, but the page seems to have disappeared.

Perhaps Asda have sold out of the product or there is some problem with supply. If you check back here, we will post a link when it does eventually come back on sale.

    Hi

It doesn’t seem to be on sale any more. I check nearly every day. It was supposed to be on sale at selected stores, and for a while it could be purchased online, but I cannot find it.

I will check up with Asda and come back to you.

I think the offer was valid only for a week. We will keep checking and if they ever do go on sale again, we will make sure that this site posts information regarding availability.
