Asda Launches Portal For Shopper Feedback

Post by Sharat | October 15, 2009 | Shopping News | 1 Comment

For those of you wanting to share your opinion over Asda’s online grocery shopping service, or you want to vent about something at your local supermarket. You can voice your concerns and ensure they are heard by the right people by using Your Asda, which can be accessed via the About Asda link on the retailer’s home page.

The forum is interactive, and is designed in a similar fashion to a blog, offering visitors lots of useful information, as well as attempting to answer a range of customer comments.

No question is too silly with the retailer answering questions as baffling as “what happens to odd-shaped veggies that don’t reach the display shelves?”

The portal shows just how seriously Asda UK takes the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, with features listed such as ‘Cutting Waste’, and ‘Pedal Power’.

I shopped in Asda The Jewel on Sat 17th October and was disappointed with the
choice of goods on display I could not get large packs of Lurpak butter as I make
lots of shortbread I require ordinary butter there were other items I had to do
without as they were not on the shelf. I have shopped in Asda since it opened in The Jewel even when they had the first shop and I have to drive past a Tescos to get
to Asda. I get annoyed if I have to go else where to get my shopping perhaps it was because it was four o`clock on a Saturday that the shelves were bare but please try and keep them stocked. I have even recommended Asda to one of my friends who is very
    busy.
